Coaching Guide for Virtual Instruction

The focus for coaching can be organized based on a school’s Teacher Development Phases of the Year and individual teachers’ weekly or biweekly goals. The current phase and the individual goal provide a lens for the coach entering the virtual classroom. The tables below function as a checklist for daily coaching.
