Supporting Current Leaders

We work closely with school leaders and their leadership teams. While each school partnership is customized, Jounce provides the following services:

SCHOOL LEADER OR NETWORK LEADER SUPPORT: We work with principals and principal managers to implement a systematic approach to instructional management, helping leaders support their teams in measuring and rapidly improving teaching and student outcomes.
LEADERSHIP TEAM TRAINING: We train leadership team members on the content knowledge, curricular knowledge, and coaching and professional development skills to rapidly increase teacher effectiveness.
DIRECT TEACHER COACHING: We coach individual teachers to provide a model for how to implement the Jounce approach to teacher-coaching and to help our partner school leaders build a culture in which constant feedback and modeling, live and public practice of teaching skills, and daily growth is the norm.
